About us
Lilly Pilly Counselling is a collective of experienced mental health professionals working from established private practices. We are a supportive, professional community committed to providing thoughtful, trauma‑informed mental health care.
Our practitioners work with adults, children, young people and families, offering services through the NDIS, Medicare, other programs and private fees, and approach each person’s needs with care, respect and flexibility.
Alongside individual counselling, we partner with organisations to support the wellbeing of teams working in complex and demanding environments. Our organisational services include tailored training, clinical supervision, group programs and structured debriefing, designed to reduce burnout and strengthen sustainable, ethical practice.
We recognise that culture, identity and connectedness are fundamental to mental health, and that mental health care is never culturally neutral. To support safe, accessible and responsive care, we actively welcome clients and therapists who are culturally diverse, multilingual, proudly First Nations, or queer.
By coming together in a shared collective, we balance flexibility and choice with strong clinical governance, supporting both the people who seek care and those who provide it.
