Workshops for Teams
Our workshops support teams working with complexity, trauma and high emotional demand. Delivered by experienced mental health practitioners, they build practical skills, resilience and sustainable practice through evidence-based, strengths-focused learning.
Examples of our workshops for teams:
-
Managing boundaries
Understand the importance of setting and keeping boundaries in a professional setting, and how to implement them in a positive way.
-
Clients with Complex Needs
Understand challenging behaviours and be empowered to implement strategies to defuse challenging situations.
-
Vicarious trauma
Building skills and resilience for staff who work with clients who have experienced trauma or are exposed to traumatic material such as hearing or reading about people’s trauma, legal reports, compensation claims, family violence, disaster recovers or traumatic media content.
-
Stress, Burnout and Compassion Fatigue
Explore ways to build resilience, manage stress and develop healthy coping mechanisms to prevent burnout and to alleviate compassion fatigue.
-
Different minds. Shared success.
Explore the strengths, creativity, and insight that neurodiversity brings to workplaces and teams. Participants will explore how to recognise, maximise, and work with different thinking styles in practical ways that enhance inclusion, innovation, and collective success.
-
Tailored training
In addition to our workshop series on mitigating workplace impacts, our members can offer training to develop clinical skills to work with a range of issues such as severe mental illness, childhood sexual assault, self-harm and family violence.
